Guamúchil, Sinaloa. – Con un mensaje de esperanza, solidaridad y prevención, autoridades estatales y municipales participaron en el programa especial Enlace Rosa 2025, transmitido en vivo por todas las estaciones de Grupo Chávez Radio, en el marco del mes de sensibilización sobre el cáncer de mama.
La doctora Eneida Rocha, presidenta del Sistema DIF Sinaloa, encabezó el espacio informativo junto a la alcaldesa de Salvador Alvarado, Lic. Guadalupe López González; Rosalinda Cruz Huitron, directora de DIF Salvador Alvarado; y Lic. Kathy Elitzah Chávez Eng, directora general de Grupo Chávez Radio, quienes coincidieron en la importancia de prevenir, detectar y acompañar a las mujeres que enfrentan esta enfermedad.
“La detección oportuna salva vidas. Tenemos los medios y la voluntad de acercar estos servicios a todas las mujeres, sin importar su condición económica”, afirmó la doctora Eneida Rocha.
Como parte de las acciones, la clínica móvil de salud recorrerá municipios como Guamúchil, Sinaloa de Leyva, Guasave y Los Mochis, ofreciendo mastografías, ultrasonidos mamarios y estudios clínicos gratuitos, impulsando así una cobertura más amplia y accesible.
“Antes acceder a un mastógrafo era complicado, hoy tenemos esta clínica ambulante equipada y lista para atender. Es una oportunidad que no debemos dejar pasar”, señaló Eneyda Rocha.
La alcaldesa Guadalupe López subrayó que la Carrera Rosa, programada para el 19 de octubre, no es solo un evento deportivo, sino una actividad comunitaria que une historias de lucha, prevención y amor por la vida.
“Cada año más mujeres se suman. Algunas porque lo han vivido, otras para apoyar a quienes atraviesan este proceso. Es un símbolo de fuerza y unión”, expresó.
Además de la prevención, las autoridades destacaron los programas de apoyo integral que el DIF Sinaloa ofrece a mujeres diagnosticadas con cáncer de mama, entre ellos la donación de pelucas oncológicas.
“Las pelucas no solo son un accesorio; para muchas mujeres significan recuperar parte de su identidad y autoestima en un momento difícil. Son símbolo de fortaleza y de que no están solas”, compartió Rosalinda Cruz.
Estas pelucas son elaboradas y donadas gracias a la colaboración de voluntarios, asociaciones civiles y la ciudadanía, quienes aportan cabello natural y recursos para apoyar a quienes atraviesan tratamientos oncológicos. También se brindan reconstrucciones mamarias gratuitas, atención psicológica y acompañamiento integral, con el objetivo de que ninguna mujer enfrente la enfermedad sola.
“No solo promovemos la prevención; también acompañamos a las mujeres en todo su proceso. Queremos que sepan que hay una red de apoyo real y cercana”, aseguró la presidenta del DIF estatal.
Por su parte, Kathy Elitzah Chávez Eng recordó que la lucha contra el cáncer de mama debe ser constante durante todo el año, no únicamente en octubre, “La clínica móvil y los programas están activos los 12 meses. Queremos que las mujeres se revisen a tiempo, porque detectar a tiempo puede salvar su vida.”
El lema de la campaña Enlace Rosa 2025 lo resume todo: “Tócate para que no te toque”, un llamado a la acción, la prevención y la sororidad.
